For Spring/Summer, the couple enters at 5:30pm, entree is served at 5:45pm, main is served at 6:15pm, and dessert is served at 7pm. For Autumn/Winter, the couple enters at 5:15pm, entree is served at 5:30pm, main is served at 6:00pm, and dessert is served at 6:45pm.

The first initial deposit payment required is $2000, which is non-refundable.

The second payment of 50% of the package price (non-refundable) is required 6 months prior to the wedding date.

The final invoice is issued at that time 5 weeks before the wedding date and must be received 28 days prior to the wedding date.

The balance payment, including a $500 refundable bond, must be paid with the final invoice together. The refundable bond will be returned within 1 week after the event has taken place.

The deposit and 6 month payment are transferable within 12 months of the original wedding date, but there may be a price increase if the new date falls on a public holiday or within a newly released price list. Refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

The wedding team can hold a specific date as tentative for seven days, with no obligations. If the couple wishes to proceed, additional information is required to fill in the Wedding Agreement. If no further communication is received after the 7 day hold, the date is released.

The Wedding Team requires the Full Name and personal UNIQUE email address and personal phone contact of Partner and Partner 2 (wedding couple), Host 1 (and Host 2 if applicable) responsible for Finance, the Wedding Day & Date, and the Wedding Package of choice and Ceremony Location.

The Final Details Meeting is a meeting with the Cedar Creek Estate wedding team to go over the final details of the wedding, such as supplier contact details, centrepiece and menu selections, and room setup. It takes place any time up to 6 weeks before the wedding day and up to 1 hour is allocated for the meeting.
